CDKeyFinder is a wonderful product; it is a serial number recovery application. The program searches your computer for all installed Microsoft programs such as Microsoft Windows, Office, Internet Explorer, FrontPage, Visio, MS Money, MS SQL, OneNote and many others. The search process is fast and doesn't consume many system resources. The program doesn't show a progress bar for the searching process, but it can be stopped at any stage, though it doesn't support resuming the process.
After the searching process is completed, the program will return a list of all installed Microsoft product names, product ids, CD keys and their registry entries. The program has three export options: the first one lets you save the recovered passwords as HTML, the second method exports them as plain text file, and the third method allows you to print the results using any connected printer device.
The program has the ability to change the installed Microsoft Windows product key. It would have been better if it could also change the product key for other Microsoft applications. |
